Revolutionary Greetings, Sisters and Brothers!

It’s that time again and I am sending out this call to action in order to encourage everyone who is passionate about abolishing all forms of slavery and involuntary servitude to come together in one united action of revolutionary solidarity on June 19, 2019, and protest against the enslavement, degradation and dehumanization of Amerikan prisoners and all human beings throughout the world who are subjected to any form of slavery or oppression!

As many of you know, June 19 is the day when Black people in Texas celebrate the freedom of their Ancestors, our Ancestors, who were held in SLAVERY for approximately two years after the entire nation acknowledged the Emancipation Proclamation. But the slave owners in Texas ignored this federal law.

This year’s call to action has special significance as the world’s eyes are trained on South Texas, where tens of thousands of asylum seekers from Central Amerika come to the United States seeking a safe haven but instead have found mistreatment, abuse, racism, and slavery. The legislative and criminal justice system in Texas continues to create the foundations for institutionalized racism and bigotry.

Do you realize that the U.S. Army had to ride into Galveston, Texas, in 1867 and announce that slavery had been abolished.

The state of Texas was so hell-bent on maintaining their slaves and profiting from slave labor that the U.S. Army had to show force to make Texas eliminate the practice of slavery. But it is still alive! Prison slavery is something that is being practiced and perpetuated in every state in the union and it has been codified by the most powerful legal document in the United States, the U.S. Constitution.

We must continue to call for the exception clause – or slavery – clause in the 13th Amendment to be struck down! We must finish the abolitionist work! Remember, sisters and brothers, that this is an international campaign which seeks to address the misogynistic practices of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the genocide waged against Palestinian people.

The bigots who operate Texas prisons wish to silence my voice. I refuse to remain silent! On June 19, 2019, stand with us!

Dare to Struggle, Dare to Win, All Power to the People!

All Hands on Deck: Get Malik Washington out of Ad-Seg!

Several weeks ago, friends and supporters of incarcerated freedom fighter Comrade Malik Washington were overjoyed to hear that he was getting released, finally, from Administrative Segregation (solitary confinement) at Eastham Unit in Texas–until TDCJ pulled a fast one, falsely claiming that he refused to participate in the Ad-Seg Transition Program to get him released back to general population.

This is a complete lie:  Malik has been fighting to get out of Ad-Seg from the moment he was thrown in there two years ago on a bogus riot charge (which was, itself, retaliation for prison strike organizing and agitating against inhumane, discriminatory conditions).

Here’s what actually happened:  when Malik arrived at Ramsey Unit on June 21, he was assigned to a top bunk, which is prohibited by his medical restrictions as a seizure patient.  TDCJ had failed to transfer his medical restrictions records, or had erased them, and are now claiming no record of these restrictions, which have been on file and in place for the past ten years.  Malik wrote a detailed statement requesting to be placed on a lower bunk in order to avoid injury; later that night, he was abruptly transferred back to Ad-Seg at a new Unit (McConnell).

Malik was told that Ramsey staff claimed he refused to participate in the Ad-Seg Transition program–this is NOT true, and he needs to be re-instated to the program immediately!  He also urgently needs his medical restrictions put back into his records!

We are extremely concerned for Malik’s safety, and urgently need the help of everyone reading this. Please take one or more of the following actions, and get a couple friends to do the same!

  1. Call Senior Warden Phillip Sifuentes at Malik’s current facility (McConnell) and tell them Keith Washington (#1487958) must be transferred out of McConnell and re-admitted to the Ad-Seg Transition Program!

Phone #: (361) 362-2300 (**048) 00 —  ask to be connected to the senior warden’s office/receptionist–try to talk to someone, but also can leave a message.

Sample Script: “Hello, I’m calling because I’m concerned about Keith H. Washington (#1487958) who was recently transferred to your facility.  I understand he was transferred there from Ramsey Unit, because he supposedly refused to participate in the Ad-Seg transition program there, but this is not true; Malik never refused to participate, and he needs to be re-admitted to the transition program immediately!  I am also concerned that his heat restrictions seem to have been removed from his records.  He is a seizure patient and has been on heat and work restriction for years, and these restrictions must be reinstated immediately.”

Please let us know how your call goes at blueridgeABC@riseup.net

  1. Flood TDCJ Executive Director Bryan Collier with calls/emails!You can use the above phone script as a guide for emails.
    exec.director@tdcj.texas.gov

(936) 437-2101 / (936) 437-2123

  1. Flood TDCJ with emails demanding that Malik’s health restrictions and work restrictions be restored: Health.services@tdcj.texas.gov

You can use the call script above as a guide; you don’t need to mention the Ad-Seg situation, but just focus on the need to restore his heat and work restrictions!

  1. File a complaint with the Ombudsman’s Office (the office in charge of investigating departmental misconduct); you can use the above phone script as a guide for emails.

Ombudsman@tdcj.texas.gov

  1. Write to Malik! Every letter he receives lifts his spirit and PROTECTS him, because prison officials know he has people around him, watching for what happens to him.

Comrade Malik in Texas stands in Solidarity with Prisoners in South Carolina!

Revolutionary greetings Comrades!

June is here!! I’m excited as hell!! I should be getting out of Ad-Seg any day now and T.D.C.J. has been placed under scrutiny because of a fabricated disciplinary write-up scandal at Ramsey Unit (Rosharon, Texas)! All I can say is: I told y’all so! This is a pervasive and systematic problem inside Texas prisons!

It’s hard enough to make parole down here – but now we have to contend with prison guards writing bogus cases and sabotaging our freedom! I am a witness. Now let’s get down to business, shall we?

Let us talk about South Carolina. I almost fell for the bogus media propaganda delivered to the public by the corporate-owned media in South Caroline when they reported about the prisoner deaths at Lee Correctional. It has been my experience that most, not all – but most mainstream media outlets are in lockstep with the bigots and racists who operate these slave kamps and gulags in the South!

Yeah! Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Mississippi modern day bigots!

So the state throws out these false narratives that all this bloodshed in South Carolina was over cell phone, drugs, territory, gang violence, etc. No-one is talking about the gross lack of Education and Rehabilitation programs in South Carolina. Why is that??

No one is talking about the overcrowding and inhumane living conditions in South Carolina. Legislators there have virtually ignored the humyn beings in these prisons. They created the crisis with their inattentiveness and then when tragedy hits they blame the people with the least amount of power to change their condition. Now stop right there!

Who says we have no power? Oh, we have power, should we choose to use it collectively. August 21st through September 9th you can help us exercise our rights by supporting all of us as we withdraw our Free prison labor!!

Now I am going to leave y’all right now and ask that you ponder on the words of the late, great founder of Black Liberation Theology – the iconic reverend Dr James Cone. He said:

“There can be no reconciliation with masters as long as they are masters, no reconciliation as long as men [and wimmin] are in prison. There can be no communication between the masters and the slave, until masters no longer exist as masters, are no longer present as masters.

The Christian task is to rebel against all masters, destroying their pretensions to authority and ridiculing the symbols of power. However, it must be remembered that oppressors never take kindly to those who question their authority. They do not like thugs and bums, people who disregard their power. And they will try to silence them any way they can. But if we believe that our humanity transcends them, and is not dependent upon their goodwill, then we can fight against them, even though it may mean death.” (end of quote).

Swift Justice of the Free Alabama Movement has said he has heard of prisoners saying: “I will die for mines.” And you know what? Me, Kinetic Justice, Bennu Hannibal Ra-Sun, we been thinking a little and we want to know what is “mines?” Define that! Is it a cellphone you’d die for? Perhaps you’d die fo a K-2 square? Well what about your freedom? What about your dignity as a humyn being? Y’all better wake the hell up because this is not a game. Seems like we have misplaced our priorities! I’ll holler! P.E.A.C.E.

Dare to struggle, dare to win.

All power to the people!

Staff and Inmates Both Endangered by Extreme Heat in Texas Prisons

From: Incarcerated Worker
June 4, 2018

Peace and blessings sisters and brothers! It is late May as I write this, and already the heat is reaching unbearable limits inside Texas prisons.

I personally am in the midst of my annual Ramadan fast, and the extreme heat places an extra bit of intensity to our obligatory fast.

A federal judge in Houston, Texas, has ruled in favor of prisoners housed at the Pack Unit, located in Navasota, Texas, on the issue of toxic water. However, the question that is being asked by prisoners and their families is “what is the State of Texas going to do with the rest of their facilities which place our loved ones at risk?”

And a lot of the folks in the media and the activist community forget that it is not just the prisoners who are suffering in this super heated environment. State employees who work as Correctional Officers are catching hell down here too! But unlike me, these prison guards can’t speak publicly about the deadly extreme heat, or they will be sacking up groceries at the local Piggly Wiggly Supermarket, or working as a greeter at Wal-Mart! I’ve been asked by many prison guards if I would please tell the world about the cruel and unusual working conditions that they are forced to work under.

Not every prison guard down here in Texas is an abuser or a bigot. I don’t particularly agree with their career choice, but at the end of the day, these are human beings, and the State of Texas has placed a gag order on them so they can’t talk to the media about the real conditions inside these brick ovens that Texas passes off as modern day rehabilition facilities.

So, today it is approximately 91° F outside, here in Lovelady, Texas. I’m currently housed on 3-row, it is 2p.m., and I only have on my boxers – nothing else! The officer working the wing has on a long-sleeve shirt buttoned all the way up, trousers, equipment belt, and a nylon protective vest with inserts. She is sweating profusely! And it isn’t even hot yet, folks! TDCJ has said that they intend on doing “new things” this year in order to mitigate the extreme heat. But I can tell you that anything short of lowering the inside temperatures to 88° F or below is really a waste of time, and they know that!

Officers are being promised new coolers which store ice! Here at Eastham there isn’t even enough ice for prisoners. So I am trying to figure out where all this “magic ice” is going to come from?

Sisters and brothers, it has not just been prisoners who have died in respect to this deadly extreme heat, prison guards have died also, and TDCJ’s spokesperson Jeremy Desel is not eager to discuss the officer death toll numbers. I am currently awaiting the statistics.

Hopefully, Keri Blakinger or Gabrielle Banks of the Houston Chronicle will aid me in this endeavour, as this is certainly in the public’s interest. However, the State of Texas does not want to acknowledge the evidence. The State employs their officers at an “at will” basis, and that means the State can fire them just about whenever they feel like.

Lance Lowry was the former president of the Correctional Officers Union, whose headquarters is located in Huntsville, Texas. Lowry continuously put TDCJ on “Front Street” in respect to the inhumane conditions his fellow union members were and still are forced to work in!

You see, Senator John Whitmire and Representative James White both know the conditions inside these prisons during the summer are torturous, but they work in air-conditioned offices. The same goes for high-ranking TDCJ employees like Bryan Collier. I’d love to see Collier write an op-ed for the New York Times, like Lance Lowry did, begging for funds so officers and prisoners alike can live and work in a humane and safe environment. Time and time again, we are seeing that the State of Texas fails to keep up with the evolving standards of decency a modern civilised society should be held to.

Even the folks at the University of Texas Medical Branch are culpable! Dr. David Callender could surely use some of his influence in regards to this topic, but just like the toxic water problem, Hepatitis-C issue, and numerous other relevant topics, Callender stays as quiet as a Church House Mouse!

Sisters and brothers, I suffer from seizures, I am a chronic seizure patient, and right at the point when the heat is coming, the UTMB Medical Staff have been surreptitiously attempting to discontinue my seizure medication! I’ll be 50 years old in July 2018. I’m not a young puppy anymore, but TDCJ and UTMB would love to shut this old dog up! I’m asking everyone to come together on this issue! Support your incarcerated loved ones who are filing law suits, support freedom fighters such as myself, and remember prison guards are people too!

Let’s get the Texas legislature to allocate more funds in order to create re-entry programs, so we can close these prisons, and we can work jobs to pay for air conditioning in our houses and apartments!

Abolish all prisons today!

Texas Prisons’ Corrupt & Unethical Practices Sabotage our Freedom!

May 14th, 2018

Peace & blessings, Sisters and Brothers!

As many of you are aware I was placed in Longterm Solitary Confinement over 20 months ago. I was given a fabricated riot-charge by employees of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) who work at the Coffield Unit, located in Tennessee Colony, Texas.

You know, at first no-one would listen to me except for my close friends and comrades in struggle who knew the charges were false, but now things are changing!

It was recently reported in the media here in Texas, that a TDCJ employee with the rank of Captain at the Ramsey Unit, which is located in Rosharon, Texas, had instructed his subordinates to meet a quota for disciplinary write-ups against inmates, or else…!!

As a result of this order, prison guards at the Ramsey Unit wrote numerous bogus cases. So you have prisoners doing all they can to meet the stringent requirements to make Parole so that they can go home to their families – only to have their dreams of Freedom crushed by corrupt & unethical prison employees!

A lot of people in the free world do not realize how serious this actually is. The Texas Board of Pardons and Parole looks hard at the disciplinary record of all parole candidates. One bogus write-up can ruin everything! I know! Lieutenant Gerald Richards did it to me!

There was no riot at the Coffield Unit on September 8th 2016 or September 9th 2016 – they lied! I never-ever threatened violence, there were no co-conspirators: the only persyn who was charged and who went to Ad-Seg was me! By TDCJ Policy 1 persyn does not constitute a riot! Do y’all realize I was in my cell reading a book when Captain John Vickery and C.O. V David Lee came and got me on September 8th, 2016?

The Parole Board said:

“Unsatisfactory Institutional Adjustment,” when they gave me a two-year set-off, my 6th Parole-denial in a row. Now I wait patiently for my day in Federal court! I wait patiently for my next Parole Review in July 2019 and I keep thinking: “Justice deferred is Justice denied!” And the sad thing is that this is the custom, policy, and pattern of practice inside Texas prisons!!

Sisters and Brothers, the State of Texas has been hurting a lot of people for a long time. Texas prisons are packed full with blacks, Mexicans, and poor white folks. Corporations get the gold star treatment in Texas while the poor get the boot! We get a cowboy-boot with spurs placed right on our necks!

On June 19th, 2018, I am asking that y’all help me push that ‘boot’ from up off our necks! Remember there is no Movement to Abolish Legalized Slavery in Amerika without you!

I want y’all to know that I have been contacted by an independent journalist who writes for Shadowproof and other media outlets. It’s time for Comrade Malik to emerge from the murky shadows. It’s time for us to expose the injustices and abuse that reglarly occur inside facilities operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice!

They tried to bury me! They didn’t know that I was a seed!

Dare to struggle, dare to win.

All power to the people!

A Feminist Always!

By Keith ‘Malik” Washington

Revolutionary Greetings Comrades! I m 6’4” 240lbs — I am a devout muslim and anti-imperialist who embraces ecosocialism. I am a close comrade and friend to many anarchists and anti-fascists. Could I be a feminist?? Well, yes! In fact, I AM A Feminist!! It did not happen over-night, first I had to come to the understanding that a womyn was more than her physical attributes, I had to force myself to look her in the eye when I spoke to her and sometimes still find that difficult. Then I had to come to the realization that a womyn’s intellect was just as sharp f not sharper than any mans. Then I embraced the reality that from a revolutionary perspective, a womyn could stand shoulder to shoulder with me, armed with an AK-47 or carrying a mega-phone/microphone leading the masses in battle. Sometimes the ‘battle’ may be political or ideological and at times the battle may be a military confrontation in a urban concrete jungle or in a foreign land where the imperialist oppression has decided to set up shop. Don’t underestimate wimmin!!

As a racially mixed humyn being, living in Amerikkka and trapped in one of the many Amerikan gulags and slave kamps, I know how it feels to have your voice silenced. I know how it feels to be abused and when you cry out for help to be ignored. I know that feeling. That is why I began a #metoo project inside Texas prisons. I have discovered that there thousands of poor black, latina, and white wimmin in Texas who have been thrown away by the state of Texas!

Many sit in the comfort of their living rooms and watch the TV program, ‘Orange is the New Black’ and they think that this is a realistic depiction of prison lives. You are sadly mistaken!!! Hollywood like the corporate mainstream media in Amerika, is in a relationship with the ruling elite of the United States of Amerikkka!

What you are seeing in your living rooms is a little bit of truth mixed with a whole lot of LIES. There are journalists and activists who are out there who are doing their best to propagate the Truth, although you may not know them!! Victoria Law, Marcy Wheeler, Kamala Kelkar, Raven Rakia, Noelle Hanrahan, and Asha Bandele to name a few. There are more, many more but the Truth is hard to find in Trump’s Amerikkka!! But you don’t hear me.

A lot of people think they know me, they think they know how I think, what my strategies are or my aspirations. There are very few people who have a clue what I’m really about. But this piece is not about me, it is about me introducing you to a couple feminist warriors who have gone on to join the ancestors. The mainstream capitalist pigs won’t tell you this side of the story!

Lately, I have had the pleasure of interesting and organizing with comrades from the Revolutionary Abolitionists Movement (RAM). They helped introduce me to the grassroots feminist/anarchist and socialist revolution of the inhabitants of Rojava. Rojava is the autonomous Kurdish region in Northern Syria. I personally support these comrades because they have been on the front-lines against ISIS better known as the Islamic State! And for those who really know me, they know that I DO NOT SUPPORT ISIS IN ANY WAY!

Recently, a beautiful, intelligent, and passionate warrior of the people’s internationalist volunteer named Anna Campbell was killed in Syria. Anna was fighting alongside her comrades who are a part of the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ) in defense of Afrin.

Anna was killed by Turkish forces. Anna was a dedicated feminist, social justice and environmental campaigner known to members for her activism around the student occupation movement, ecological and community outreach projects in the United Kingdom specifically Bristol and Sheffield. Anna was a key organizer in the IWW’s IWOC group, and also involved with the Empty Cages Collective, Smash IPP and Bristol ABC.

If any of you know anything about me then you will understand why I am honoring this dedicated Servant of the People. And if you consider yourself a feminist then it should not be hard for you to share this brief essay and take moment to reflect and meditate on the life, death, and revolutionary work of Anna. More of us should aspire to be like her! You won’t be reading about Anna’s life in the New York Times, Cosmopolitan, or Wall Street Journal.

The next feminist warrior I will honor here is Brazilian politician and activist named Marielle Franco. On March 14th 2018, Marielle was murdered with her driver in Rio de Janeiro. Marielle had just spoken at an event aimed at empowering black wimmin. In 2016, Marielle was elected to city council, she campaigned against police brutality, in fact, Marielle was an expert on police violence.

Marielle Franco was not just murdered, she was assassinated! You must understand and know that Marielle vigorously opposed and strongly criticized acting Brazilian President Temer’s military and federal police take-over of security in Rio’s slums also known as ‘favelas’. Marielle had recently been chosen to be the speaker of the commission which is examining the deployment of federal security forces into Rio’s favelas.

This is becoming a pattern that we are seeing all over the world. Fascism is becoming the status-quo and norm. When freedom fighters and servants of the people come on the scene and start to speak Truth to power and challenge the oppressive practices and policies, these valiant fighters become marked for death or imprisonment. Trump and his US Attorney General, Jeff Sessions is laying the groundwork for similar campaigns of repression, right here on the streets in Amerika where wimmin and men of all genders and races are challenging the Trump’s Administration’s bigoted and racist immigration policy.

I must tell you that tens of thousands of people in Rio de Janeiro and other cities across Brazil demonstrated in the days following Marielle’s killing. They demanded answers and got none.

Marielle had a sister that she left behind named Anielle and she said: “I’m seeking justice with blood in my eyes.” A banner at a mass protest in Rio on March 21st read: “WOMAN, MOTHER, REVOLUTIONARY, FEMINIST, BLACK LESBIAN, FIGHTER ALWAYS”. This is how Marielle Franco will be remembered!!

A long time ago, when I was a young man, my mother told me: “You know Malik, the hand that rocks the cradle, rules the world.” Back then, I didn’t have a clue what the hell she was talking about. However, today as I observe this arrogant buffoon in the white house and how he flaunts his power in such away that shows us what he is all about, I see ‘rude awakening’ coming in November 2018 for him and all his cronies both the complicit wimmin and males!!

So wimmin in Amerika most certainly have the power to change the political landscape in Amerika and possibly even the world but the question that keeps me and many others dedicated revolutionaries awake at night– “Will they give socialism a chance?” Or will they be fooled once again by the false purveyor of “hope and change?” Only time will tell.

Dare to struggle, dare to win, All power to the people!!

Why I am Calling for an International Day of Action on Juneteenth

Keith ‘Malik’ Washington

“The plantation system in the American South no longer exists in its earlier historical form. The wage system of the North clearly established its hegemonic position over its competitor after the Civil War.
However, the fundamental issue the abolitionists raised—the matter of slavery and slave society—was not only never resolved, but has been normalized, legalized, and expanded. We see that the most egregious institutions of the 18th century are replicated in the 21st century in remarkably similar forms with similar effects.”

— Excerpt from the Black Struggle, on page 6 of the booklet: Burn Down the American Plantation, Published by the: Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement

Peace and blessings sisters and brothers!
I read a quote the other day by an anonymous author and I’d like to share it with you: “Not everyone will understand your journey. That’s okay. You’re here to live your life, not to make everyone understand.” Nevertheless, as we organize for our Juneteenth rallies, protests, celebrations, and direct actions I want to make all of you understand “Why” I have made this “call to action”.

In Texas, at he very end of the MAAFA (Black Holocaust) slave owners didn’t want to release their slaves! It was to profitable. In fact, many slave owners had erected elaborate obstacles which kept the news of “emancipation” from reaching the ears of slaves in Texas. Many of our ancestors just kept toiling away in the fields because “Massa” wouldn’t tell them they were free!

I see the similarities between what happened then as compared to what is happening now! Not just in Texas but all over the world, humyn beings are being exploited and abused by capitalist and imperialist systems of government. Since I am trapped in Texas prisons, I am most familiar with their sophisticated form of exploitation.

Texas government created a “shell company” known as T.C.I, also known as Texas CorrectionalIndustries. The business model is successful and grosses approximately $89 million a year! Its labor force  is made up of prisoners who work in numerous factories throughout the state in prisons that are operated and supervised by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (sic!). Prisoners are paid nothing!

The Texas government has assembled a Board to supervise the day to day operations of the prison agency (T.D.C.J.) and the lucrative business model (T.C.I.). The Board is hand-picked by the Governor.

The current Chairman of the Board is a black man and a highly accomplished Uncle Tom boot licker named Dale Wainwright. The rest of the Board is made up of individuals who all have close ties to capitalist businesses. What I want you to know is that the Texas Board of Criminal Justice has the power and authority to create rules and policies that would open the door to wages being paid to prisoners who toil in these factories. But why do that? Slavery is good! REMEMBER SISTERS AND BROTHER’S: “POWER CONCEDES NOTHING WITHOUT A DEMAND!”

So, I will tell you that one of the reasons I am calling for an international day of protest is to address the reality of slave labor.

Slave labor is not something unique to Texas, although many of us feel  as if Texas has perfected the “slave model”. We see similar programs of oppression in Alabama, Florida, and even California, as we watch prisoners fight wild fires for next to nothing. They are risking their lives to save lives and property of people who don’t care enough about them to pay them a reasonable wage for their work and sacrifice!!! STOP FIGHTING FIRES FOR PENNIES!! YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!!!

However, the call for Juneteenth Protests, Rallies, and Direct Actions is much bigger than just the prison abolition issue. And don’t you dare to speak out against the establishment “boy” or “girlie” or we will criminalize you, silence your voice, and if need be, assassinate you!” For those in the “movement” they know I am not lying—case in point: Colin Kaepernick!

Colin silently made a stand for Black Lives, by taking a knee, and then a group of white supremacists led by the President of the United States decided it would conspire to “black-ball” Colin and keep him from earning a living! I ask that you don’t try to divorce the motivating factor of anti-imperialism and anti-capitalism from our Juneteenth message. A bigoted group of NFL owners has formed a billionaire’s good old boys club in order to intimidate black NFL players and to send a not so
silent message: “Keep your mouth shut ‘boy’ sand just do what I’m paying you to do, you filthy ‘sons of bitches’.

You want to know why I’m calling for Juneteenth protests? Well, I’m going to tell you! Although, some may not like what they hear.
I’m calling for Juneteenth protests, in order, to address the absolute failure of the U.S. government to address the plight of the “dreamers”. How can we not create a realistic pathway to citizenship for these humyn beings? But, then I take a hard look at Donald Trump and his U.S. Attorney General Jeff Beauregard Sessions and I see the cloak of the Ku Klux Klan and the burning cross on our lawn! Yes! I will tell you why I’m calling for Juneteenth protests! I’m standing in solidarity with every
Latina and Latino who is having their families torn apart by this racist and discriminatory immigration policy!

There is implicit bias and prejudice in the court system and it is not just here in Amerika. Courts and judges as well as the police and prisoners all over the world have engaged in a conspiracy to TARGET people of color! I’ve specifically looked at the Ministry of Prisons, in the United Kingdom.
These prisons are beginning to overflow with Pakistanis, Africans, and poor English and Irish beings!!

In Amerika, we are all too familiar with the track records of the police. And then in Parkland, Florida we see something which bolsters the argument that the police are only interested in protecting the lives and property of the rich or capitalist elite. But when the lives of ‘common folk’ are at risk they stand idly by like cowards while children are slaughtered like sheep! So, the question presents itself: “Who do
the police really ‘protect and serve’??

So, yes!! Juneteenth protests are about shedding a discerning light on the corrupt and racist courts and police agencies in Ameika and beyond!

And what of the environment? Our planet? Clean air? Clean water? If free citizens fight for clean and safe drinking water supplies and still don’t receive it! How do you think prisoners fair when facing a system, which refuses to even acknowledge them? If it wasn’t for the campaign, which seeks to Fight Toxic Prisons, I don’t think the Environmental Protection Agency would have even considered its new
implementation of the EJ Screen as a tool to examine the impact that environmental hazards have on imprisoned populations.

Things are absolutely crazy in Texas. In 2015, Professor Victor Wallis and I collaborated, in order to craft an Ombudsman Complaint. This complaint addresses the presence of high levels of arsenic in the water supply, at the Pack I Unit located in Navasota, Texas. I can tell you that the prison agency T.D.C.J. along with maintenance personnel on the Unit, with employees from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) all conspired to lie and say that “there are no traces of arsenic in the Pack I water supply.” In June 2016 a federal judge named Keith P. Ellison issued a finding that the water at the Pack I Unit contained 2- 41/2 times the allowed amount of Arsenic! And now I release to the public the
actual response from the TDCJ Ombudsman office, where you can clearly see a conspiracy exists to violate the Humyn and Civil Rights of Texas prisoners by fabricating lies about conditions inside slave kamps and gulags!

You want to know why I’m calling for Juneteenth protests? I’ll tell you why! It is to recognize the struggles of my sisters and brothers at Standing Rock and to highlight the inadequacy of a government, which has still not fixed the problem in Flint, Michigan and to protest the impotent and lack-luster response to the humyn beings in Texas, who lost everything during Hurricane Harvey!

(FEMA) is a corrupt and failed agency, who was more interested in hunting down undocumented workers than meetings the needs of the communities who really needed help and who still need help to recover from unprecedented natural disaster!

There will be no utopian anarchist or socialist society without a planet to live on! Juneteenth is about saving our planet! Don’t say I didn’t articulate my point!

And what about the abuse of wimmin? What about the demonization of the LGBTQ community?

I’m not shutting up! Wimmin don’t need a man to protect them! That is not why I’m speaking out! But what happens when the system of checks and balances is so broken that when a womyn does scream “No!” or cries “Foul!” that the courts, the police, the media, which have a strong undercurrent of patriarchy and misogynistic tendencies ignores their voice of protest?

And what happens when the President of the United States is the leader of a movement, which seeks to silence our voices? His mantra: “Profits by any means and shut all dissenting voices down!” Mr. President you think we all stupid, don’t you? Hope Hicks goes in front of the Russia Probe Committee and tells the truth that she has lied to protect you! And then you conveniently force her out and have your press officer say her leaving had nothing to do with her testimony! We aren’t as stupid as you think!

You want to know why I’m calling for Juneteenth protests? It is a beginning of our organizing and actions to finally confront this filthy, rotting carcass of a system you call capitalism! I don’t have the influence to get everyone to get on board and act on Juneteenth, but don’t say I didn’t tell the world what this is about.

Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, the genocide of the Palestinian people and the humyn rights disaster of the Rohingya Muslims who suffer in refugee camps in Bangladesh. This is a call to action to all socialists, communists, anarchists, freedom fighters to include Antifa, blac bloc, and all progressive and revolutionary New Afrikans! United we stand divided we fall! Fascists must be defeated!

Dare to struggle, dare to win, all power to the people!
